I was very fortunate to get a referral to M&M Holland Propane from a friend. One easy phone call to them started a very easy and pleasant experience. Sheila set me up for a free estimate from Ryan Holland. After his next day visit I knew this was the company I wanted to install a whole house generator. Ryan answered all my questions and gave me a great price. His patience and all around nice guy attitude sealed the deal! He took a small deposit to get things going. They were very busy but got us scheduled in a reasonable time. On the install date, Dustin and Donnie showed up on time and got right to work. They also were great and made a point of letting us know what was happening on every step of the install. After a flawless install they went over the operation of our unit. Again, they were patient and informative. The job site was left spotlessly clean! We paid the balance upon completion of a great job and experience. The generator came on once and performed just as described. The piece of mind is priceless. If you need a generator I would strongly suggest talking to M&M Holland Propane! A top notch company from start to finish!

I am new to the area. I contacted M&M Holland for propane delivery. They swiftly delivered a new tank and filled it. Also, they removed an old tank. Their service is far beyond my expectation They just installed a propane stove heater that I provided. Their office, delivery and technicians are professional, friendly and knowledgable. Holland Propane is just awesome. Consistent "above and beyond" service over the past year and I am talking about the little things not just deliveries. For instance, just yesterday, Charlie and Todd came by to change out our tank. They helped us unload our truck to getting things moving, they showed great flexibility about placement, and they were just engaging and encouraging about some of our home projects. Much of my career was spent in front of Customers who purchased new Servers, Computers and related network equipment. I would have been pleased to have a team of hardware installers as you sent me this past Tuesday. They helped me decide the best location for the generator and tank. And then proceeded to install everything with care as if it was their own. Sales is one thing. Installing and Training / Explaining usage of a costly purchase to Customer's is where it hits the fan. He was having a difficult time trying to keep the driveway open for any delivery trucks or others to reach the house, but he is disabled and the wind and snow always seemed a step ahead. When his propane tank showed just under 20 percent he started to reach out to the propane company that we had for over 20 years to try and think of a way to get him through the next few weeks. Each time they said they couldn't maneuver the driveway. The tank got down to 10 percent and things were looking bleak. He and I then started making calls trying to find someone who could deliver. We knew there had to be a way...smaller tanks? Four-wheeled drive truck? We called Holland Propane and within the hour they plowed out the driveway and filled our tank to its limit and the crisis was over. "I switched to M&M Holland Propane back a few years ago and am very happy with their service as well as the prices. Today the serviceman who came to refill my tank went above and beyond. While he was there filling my tank, the Amazon truck came to drop off a delivery. The Amazon driver left my package in the middle of my driveway in front of my garage door. Because it is snowing very hard today I probably would not have seen it if it was still there by the time I got home because it's also very windy too. The Holland Propane driver called me to let me know it was there and offered to put it between my front door doors so it wouldn't blow away. Now that's real customer service thank you Holland Propane."
